We have a little over two-year old color copier with the following specs: CM4520 black/white 45 pages per minute color 35 pages per minute folds/staples/hole punches collates - handles very large complex jobs. We are getting a new machine and have opted for the $1 buyout to purchase this one. The maintenance costs that we had were $75 per month for 6,250 black and white copies. for more than that black and white copies were 1.2 cents a piece. color copies were 7.5 cents a piece (none included in basic rate.) You would need to work that out with Imagistics / Wilbur Walker who services this copier. The "catch" - the reason that we are changing copiers is dissatisfaction with the service we have received. As a new customer or a more "demanding customer", you may have a different experience and you will never beat the price - simply come and get the copier. We have been paying $298.34 per month to lease it. You would not have that cost. It is probably worth $6-8,000 at this point. Blessings!
