Resolving Stress and Anger in Relationships

Stress in relationships can undermine trust, intimacy and health. It can 
cause distance, isolation and a general unhappiness. The common denominator 
for all these factors is anger, probably the most misunderstood of emotions. 
Well managed anger leads to peaceful solutions.

This workshop will teach you how to recognize the anger in stress and how to 
use it creatively in making choices, identifying needs, sharing wants and 
setting limits and boundaries. We will look at respect and safety as the 
vehicles for building and maintaining respect-based relationships.

You are invited to join us for this workshop if you are interested in 
examining your relationship with yourself or with another (spouse, parent, 
child, sibling, partner, fellow employee) or if you are interested in tools 
to improve and strengthen the relationships in your life.
