Hello brothers and sisters,

We are starting to get settled here in Lindsborg and are really enjoying it.  Last night I met with both the Staff Parish and the Finance for a joint session to look at staffing and the budget.  They have asked me to get some feedback from those of you in medium churches about what you are paying musicians and nursery workers serving on your staffs.  We are particularly interested in those that pay folks for the following services:
Adult Choir, Children's Choir, Organ and assistant or back up organ, Piano, Bell choir, praise band director, praise band members, nursery and assistants
