[Kansasumc] Susan Habeger Update

[Susan Cooper]

I received a message this morning from Brent McNulty about Susan
Habeger, the Asbury UMC office employee who suffered what appeared to be
a seizure Wednesday. She was taken to the hospital and is in an induced
coma. 

 

>From Brent:

It was much more severe than just a seizure. No history of anything like
this--excellent physical condition.

She is in the Critical Care Unit of St. Francis. We are thinking a heart
attack or stroke.

Her heart rate and blood pressure are close to what they should be. Her
eyes dilate when stimulated by light. There is significant swelling on
the brain, but no bleeding. The outcome is not looking very good.

We continue to claim a miracle for Susan and continue to pray for her
husband, John, and Tabitha, her daughter.

John called in at 11am. Susan is a little more stable; her heart rate is
almost normal; her blood pressure is good. She is an induced coma.
