[Kansasumc] Trips to the Gulf Area

I have had several requests from churches wanting to take trips to the Gulf
Area for mission trips in the future.  
To find information on who to contact in that area please go to the Kansas
West Conference Website, www.kswestumc.org; go under "Ministries", then
click on "Disaster Response".  From there go to "Current Disaster Relief
Opportunities" where you will find websites for both the Louisiana and
Mississippi Storm Recovery centers.
You might also check the other pages under Disaster Response, there is a
wealth of updated information that might help you plan other things that
your church might do to help those hit by disasters.
