Kansas West Conference Disaster Response Coordinator

Be prepared and be a part of Disaster Response in the Kansas West
Conference.  The basic training is required to get a disaster response card
and be allowed on a disaster site to help.  We will also discuss how your
local church can be prepared for disasters.  This is open to anyone,

Nancy,

I spoke to GCUMC a bit ago and got the okay to have the training there on
the 10th. We will meet in fellowship hall which has a stage with a screen
for the presentation. She said they would set up the tables however we need
them. They have both round and long.

So, do you want to write up the info for Patti to send out to all the
district churches? I thought that was what we discussed. I'll check too on
the Faith and Family newspaper as to when that has to be sent in for it.
Would probably use the same info that you would put in the Connections
paper?
