[Kansasumc] Update on Nel Holmes

The good news continues!  Nel Holmes has been moved to a rehab center in
Aurora, CO.  The plan is to get her healthy enough so she can fly to
Wichita and relocate to a center there.

Thank you for your ongoing prayers and concern!  I know things moved
very quickly and this is a very different outlook from where we were two
